ZANNA BEWICK - Director

With over 25 years working for local PLCs and SMEs, Zanna has a wealth of experience in all aspects of business, whilst specialising in Human Resources. Zanna set up her own company, Elphaba, in 2002.

A member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and with additional qualifications in Training & Development, Continuous Improvement, Quality Assurance and Life Coaching, Zanna brings with her a unique and realistic understanding of how to balance adherence to employment legislation with the practicalities of successful people management.

Zanna provides hands-on HR support for clients, training in Management Development and HR competencies and specialises in advice on Investors in People, Continuous Improvement (TQM) principles and ISO9001:2000. In addition she is a Mentor for start-up companies connected to Teesside University.

GERALDINE VEAL - HR Advisor

A member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, Geraldine hails from Slough and has many years experience in generalist personnel and management development training with such companies as Allied Bakeries and the Swiss Air Group.

Geraldine provides hands-on HR support for clients, training in Management Development and HR competencies whilst specialising in conducting assessment centres and Thomas International psychometric testing for which she is an approved analyser and trainer.

LOUISE WALBY - HR Advisor

Louise is based bear Hexham and covers the Northern part of the region providing hands-on HR support to clients.

With many years generalist HR experience in the Manufacturing industry, Louise handles and advises upon all aspects of HR provided by Elphaba. Louise's main areas of specialism include working with Trade Unions and the employment of EU nationals.

ARLETTE NEEDHAM - Training Associate

Arlette operates on a self-employed basis and provides specialist training in Customer Care on behalf of Elphaba. An expert in this field, Arlette has trained in organisations such as the National Tourist Board as well as a diverse cross-section of industries at all levels of management.
