How We Work

Elphaba recognises that companies have different requirements that demand individual solutions, tailored to their particular needs - both operational and financial.

We have therefore devised three Service Offerings:

Contract:

Under this popular scheme we provide a regular on-site presence managing your entire Human Resource Management requirements. The time spent on-site is determined by your needs and can range from ½ day a month to 1 day a week. In that time we handle all associated day-to-day activities, as well as providing continuous advice and guidance to all members of staff.

Project:

Need Contracts of Employment for your staff, or some professional assistance to handle a disciplinary or redundancy situation, implement a staff appraisal scheme or specialist training for members of staff?

Elphaba provides hands-on assistance in all personnel related activities, however large or small.

Pay As You Go (PAYG):

Exactly what it says on the tin! No retainer; no lengthy contract to tie you in. If you use our services we will invoice you at an agreed daily or hourly rate. If you don't use our services, you don't pay anything. The ideal flexible service for the small and medium sized organisation.

The above Service Offerings are designed to provide total flexibility and choice for companies so they can move between, or indeed combine, Contract - Project - PAYG as their needs and demands change.
